When creators apply through your public campaign page, their proposals land in the Applied stage of your campaign pipeline. Instead of reviewing each one in isolation, Influocial gives you performance data and fit signals per applicant so you can make faster, more consistent decisions — and compare creators directly when you’re choosing between similar options.

What you see per applicant

Each creator’s proposal card surfaces the data you need to evaluate fit without opening separate tabs or cross-referencing spreadsheets:
  • Engagement rate — how actively this creator’s audience interacts with their content
  • Average views — typical reach per post across their recent content
  • Predicted performance — expected outcomes based on campaign type and creator history
  • Internal value score — an overall fit signal that combines engagement, audience quality, and campaign suitability
The value score is an internal signal calculated by Influocial. It factors in engagement rate, average views, and suitability for your campaign type. It’s a starting point for comparison — not a replacement for reviewing a creator’s actual content and audience notes.
You’ll also see:
  • Paid Ads Fit — whether this creator is likely to perform well in paid amplification workflows
  • Brand Fit Notes — context on how the creator’s content style and audience align with your campaign

Review, compare, shortlist, and approve

1

Review incoming proposals

Open your campaign and go to the Applied stage. Each card shows the creator’s profile, proposal details, and performance data. Work through applicants and flag anyone who looks like a strong fit.
2

Compare creators side by side

Select two or more creators from anywhere in the pipeline and open the comparison view. You can compare:
  • Overall fit and value score
  • Awareness versus conversion potential
  • Suitability for UGC or paid ads use
  • Content style and audience notes
This is particularly useful when you have multiple strong applicants for a limited number of campaign slots.
3

Move strong fits to Shortlisted

Drag or move creators you want to keep in consideration to the Shortlisted stage. This separates them from the full applicant pool without committing to outreach yet.
4

Approve and send acceptance emails

When you’re ready to move forward with a creator, approve them from the campaign workspace. Influocial lets you send acceptance emails to confirmed creators directly from the platform — no switching to your email client.
Respond quickly to your strongest applicants. Top creators often have multiple brand conversations active at the same time and will prioritise whoever moves fastest. Getting a confirmation within 24–48 hours of a strong application reduces the chance of losing them to another brand.

After approval

Once a creator is approved and moves to Confirmed, they’re expected to deliver content by the campaign deadline. The next step is managing content delivery, reviewing drafts, and approving final assets — covered in Collect, review, and approve creator content.
