Every campaign in Influocial has a Kanban pipeline that tracks each creator from first application through to posted content. Instead of managing status in a spreadsheet or chasing updates across DMs, you move creators between stages inside the campaign workspace. Your whole team can see exactly where each creator sits at any point in the campaign.

Pipeline stages

Each stage in the pipeline represents a clear point in the creator relationship. Move a creator to the next stage when they meet the criteria — this keeps your progress view accurate and makes handoffs between team members straightforward.
StageWhat it means
AppliedCreator has submitted a proposal through the public campaign page. Awaiting your review.
ShortlistedYou’ve identified this creator as a strong fit. They’re under consideration but not yet contacted.
ContactedYou’ve sent outreach to this creator about the campaign.
RepliedThe creator has responded to your outreach. Negotiation or confirmation may be in progress.
ConfirmedCreator has agreed to the campaign terms. Content delivery is expected.
Content DueContent deadline is approaching or has passed. Awaiting draft or final delivery.
PostedCreator has published their content. Campaign deliverable is complete.
Move creators between stages by dragging their card in the Kanban view or using the stage selector on their creator profile inside the campaign.

Campaign views

Use different views depending on what you need to see. Switch between them from the campaign workspace.
The Pipeline view shows every creator as a card arranged by stage. This is your default working view for managing decisions, moving creators forward, and keeping the team aligned.Use this view to:
  • See all active creators across every stage at a glance
  • Move creators between stages as progress happens
  • Spot where creators are stalling (e.g. stuck in Contacted with no reply)
  • Prioritise follow-up actions across the campaign

Comparing creators across the pipeline

When you need to decide between creators in different stages, use the creator comparison feature. Select multiple creators from anywhere in the pipeline and compare their fit side by side — including content style, audience notes, and suitability for awareness, conversions, UGC, or paid usage. This is useful when you’re deciding who to move from Shortlisted to Contacted, or when you’re weighing up two confirmed creators for a limited-slot campaign.

Keeping the team aligned

The campaign workspace is shared across your team. Any status changes, notes, or stage moves are visible to everyone with access to the campaign. This replaces the need for separate status update meetings or shared spreadsheets — progress is always current and in one place.
