Once a creator is confirmed on a campaign, the focus shifts from selection to content delivery. Influocial gives you a dedicated content workflow to track what has been delivered, review drafts, request focused revisions, and approve final assets — so nothing falls through the gaps between confirmation and posting.

After a creator is confirmed

When a creator moves to Confirmed in your pipeline, they’re expected to deliver content by the campaign deadline. You can track delivery status, view incoming drafts, and manage the review process all from the campaign’s Content tab.

Review and approve content

1

Receive and open the draft

When a creator submits a draft, it appears in the Content tab of your campaign. Open the draft to review it against your brief — check that deliverables match the format, hooks are present, and the CTA is correct.
2

Request revisions if needed

If the draft doesn’t meet brief, request a revision with specific feedback. Keep feedback focused and actionable — one clear round of notes is far more effective than multiple vague requests.
Clear, brief-specific revision requests lead to faster turnarounds. Reference the exact requirements from the campaign brief when providing feedback so the creator knows precisely what to change.
3

Approve the final asset

Once the content meets your brief, mark it as approved. You can also tag approved content to make it easier to find and organise within your Content Library.
4

Export ad-ready files

Approved content can be exported as ad-ready files for use in paid social campaigns, landing pages, or other marketing channels. This keeps the asset in the right format and with the correct usage context attached.
5

Save to the Content Library

Approved assets are stored in your Content Library automatically. From there, they can be reused across future campaigns, added to ad packs, and accessed by your paid social team without hunting through email threads.
Save your top-performing assets to the Content Library with clear tags — for example, the product name, campaign type, or creator niche. A well-organised library means your paid team can find the right creative quickly instead of requesting new content for every campaign.

Tracking content delivery across the campaign

The Content tab gives you a single view of all content across the campaign — what has been delivered, what is still due, and what has been posted. Use this view to:
  • See which creators have submitted drafts and which haven’t
  • Track which assets have been approved versus flagged for revision
  • Confirm which creators have posted live content
Approved assets are stored in your Content Library and can be prepped as ad packs for your paid media team. This means every campaign builds a reusable creative library, not just a one-time batch of posts.

Using the Content Library across campaigns

Content saved in the library stays accessible after the campaign ends. You can pull approved assets into new campaign briefs as reference examples, use them in the AI Creative Studio as visual direction, or export them as ad packs without going back to the original campaign. Over time, the library becomes one of your most valuable creative resources.
