Tags and groups are the two main tools for organising creators inside Creator CRM. Tags let you label individual creators so you can filter and find them quickly. Groups let you bundle creators together into reusable shortlists you can pull into any future campaign. Together, they replace the manual sorting work that usually ends up in spreadsheets.

Using tags

Tags attach directly to a creator record. You can use existing tags or create new ones to suit your workflow. Tags are searchable and filterable across your CRM, so you can surface the right creators without scrolling through your full list.Common tags to create:
  • Nichefitness, beauty, food, lifestyle, parenting
  • Campaign typegifted, paid, ambassador, UGC
  • Statusreviewed, archived, strong performer

How to tag a creator

1

Open the creator record

Go to Creator CRM and select the creator you want to tag.
2

Add a tag

In the creator record, open the tags field. Select an existing tag from the list or type a new tag name to create one.
3

Save

The tag saves automatically and becomes searchable and filterable across your CRM immediately.
Create a consistent set of tags before you start adding creators. A small, agreed-on tag list keeps your CRM filterable as it grows.
