Using groups
Groups let you collect creators into named sets that you can reuse across multiple campaigns. Unlike tags, which label individual creators, groups are designed to hold shortlists — a curated set of creators ready to invite into a campaign or outreach sequence.Useful groups to create:
- Recurring campaigns (e.g. monthly gifting rounds)
- Ambassador programs
- UGC rosters
- Paid social pools
How to create a group
Go to Creator CRM
Open Creator CRM from the main navigation.
Open Groups
Select the Groups section inside Creator CRM.
Create a group
Click Create group and give it a clear, descriptive name.
Add creators
Add creators to the group from your existing CRM records.
Create your groups before your next campaign launch. When it’s time to shortlist, you can pull a ready-made group into the campaign in minutes instead of hours.
Groups are reusable across multiple campaigns. Adding a creator to a group does not remove them from any campaign or other group they belong to.
