The Shopify integration brings your store data directly into the Influocial workflow. Once connected, your product details and images are available when building campaign briefs, generating AI creative references, and organising approved content — so you spend less time copying information between tools.
The Shopify integration is included in the Pro plan. Upgrade from your account settings to access this feature.

What the integration does

Connecting your Shopify store to Influocial enables three key capabilities:
  • Brand details sync — your brand information is pulled in to support campaign setup and outreach
  • Product sync — your Shopify products are available to reference directly inside Influocial
  • Product images in briefs — synced product images can be used in campaign briefs, outreach, and AI Creative Studio workflows so creators have clear visual context

How to connect your Shopify store

1

Open integrations in your account settings

In Influocial, navigate to your account settings and find the integrations section. Select the Shopify integration.
2

Enter your Shopify store URL

Enter your Shopify store URL when prompted. Make sure you are using a store where you have admin access.
3

Authorise the connection

You will be redirected to Shopify to authorise the connection. Review the requested permissions and approve the integration.
4

Confirm your products have synced

Once authorised, return to Influocial. Your products will begin syncing and will appear in the campaign builder and content tools shortly.
If products do not appear immediately, wait a moment and refresh. Product sync can take a short time depending on catalogue size.

After connecting

Once your store is connected, product data becomes available across the Influocial workflow:
  • Campaign builder — select products directly when building a brief so creators know exactly what they are promoting
  • AI Creative Studio — use synced product images as inputs when generating visual references and campaign mockups
  • Content library — tag approved creator content by product SKU so assets are easy to find and reuse for ads and PDPs

Common use cases

Product launches

Import a new product, build a campaign brief around it, and collect creator applications tied directly to that SKU.

Gifting campaigns

Set up gifted campaigns with accurate product details and pricing already pulled in from your store.

Always-on UGC

Run continuous creator campaigns for your core products and keep all approved content organised by product.
The Shopify integration requires the Pro plan. If you are on the Free plan, you will need to upgrade before you can connect your store.
