# Schedule and manage social media posts

> Use Influocial's Social Media Scheduler to plan, create, schedule, publish, and manage content across your connected social channels. Available on the Pro plan.

The Social Media Scheduler is a powerful publishing tool for planning and managing social content across your connected channels. It helps you create posts, schedule them in advance, organise campaign content, and manage publishing from one place.

This tool is available to **Pro plan users only**.

Instead of logging into each social platform separately, you can manage your social calendar inside Influocial — alongside your creator campaigns, outreach, and content workflow.

    ## What the Social Media Scheduler does

    The Social Media Scheduler helps you plan and publish content across multiple social media accounts from one central workspace. It is designed for brands, teams, and agencies that want a more organised way to manage social content without constantly switching between platforms.

    **Use the scheduler to:**

    * Connect and manage social media accounts
    * Create and schedule posts in advance
    * Publish content across multiple channels
    * Save drafts for later
    * Upload and manage media files
    * Plan campaign content ahead of launch
    * Keep your posting workflow in one platform

    <Note>
      The Social Media Scheduler is only available on the Pro plan. If you cannot see this tool in your workspace, your current plan may not include access.
    </Note>

    <Tip>
      Use the scheduler alongside your creator campaigns to plan brand-owned posts, campaign announcements, product launches, and creator content amplification from the same workspace.

    ## Scheduling posts

    Scheduling lets you prepare content in advance and choose when it should be published. This helps you stay consistent across your social channels without needing to post manually every day.

    **You can use scheduling for:**

    * Product launches
    * Campaign announcements
    * Creator content reposts
    * Weekly content calendars
    * Seasonal campaigns
    * Promotional posts
    * Evergreen content

    <Steps>

      <Step title="Schedule the post">
        Review the content and schedule it so it publishes at the selected time.
      </Step>

  <Tab title="Composer">
    ## Creating content in the composer

    The composer is where you create and prepare your social posts. You can write captions, add media, include links, and prepare content for one or more connected channels.

    Depending on the channel you are publishing to, you can create different types of posts, such as text, image, video, or link-based content.

    **The composer is useful for:**

    * Writing captions
    * Preparing campaign posts
    * Adding media assets
    * Saving drafts
    * Reusing captions or hashtags
    * Preparing channel-specific versions of a post

    <Note>
      Each social platform may have its own content rules, post formats, media limits, and publishing requirements. Always review your post before scheduling or publishing.
    </Note>

    <Tip>
      Create slightly different versions of the same post for each platform. A caption that works well on Instagram may need to be shorter, more direct, or formatted differently for another channel.
    </Tip>

  <Tab title="Bulk scheduling">
    ## Bulk scheduling content

    Bulk scheduling helps you plan and upload multiple posts at once instead of creating every post manually one by one. This is useful when you already have a full content calendar prepared.

    **Use bulk scheduling when you need to:**

    * Upload a large batch of posts
    * Prepare a full weekly or monthly calendar
    * Schedule campaign content in advance
    * Reuse approved content across multiple channels
    * Save time on repetitive publishing tasks

    <Steps>
      <Step title="Prepare your content">
        Organise the captions, media, dates, and channels you want to use.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Open bulk scheduling">
        Go to the bulk scheduling area inside the Social Media Scheduler.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Upload or add your posts">
        Add the content you want to schedule in bulk.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Review the schedule">
        Check each post, date, time, channel, and media asset before confirming.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Schedule the posts">
        Confirm the batch so your content is added to the publishing schedule.
      </Step>
    </Steps>

    <Tip>
      Bulk scheduling is best for content that has already been reviewed and approved. Always check dates, captions, links, and media before confirming a large batch.
    </Tip>

    ## Managing media and drafts

    The scheduler includes tools to help you organise the assets and unfinished posts you need for your social calendar.

    Drafts let you save posts before they are ready to publish. This is helpful when you are waiting for approval, final creative, updated captions, or campaign dates.

    Media management helps you keep your images, videos, and other assets available for future posts.

    **Use drafts and media tools to:**

    * Save unfinished posts
    * Prepare content for review
    * Store campaign assets
    * Reuse approved media
    * Keep social content organised
    * Avoid losing ideas before they are ready

    <Tip>
      Use drafts for posts that still need approval. This keeps unfinished content separate from posts that are ready to schedule.

## Why use the Social Media Scheduler?

The Social Media Scheduler is useful because it brings your publishing workflow into the same platform where you manage creator activity, outreach, and campaign planning.

When your social scheduling happens somewhere else, your team may need to jump between different tools to understand what is going live, which campaign it belongs to, and whether creator content is being amplified at the right time.

Keeping scheduling inside Influocial helps your team stay organised and connected.

**Benefits include:**

* **Less platform switching** — manage social publishing without logging into every social account separately
* **Better campaign planning** — schedule posts around launches, creator campaigns, and key dates
* **More consistent posting** — prepare content ahead of time instead of publishing manually
* **Cleaner team workflow** — keep drafts, scheduled posts, and assets easier to manage
* **Faster execution** — use bulk scheduling to prepare multiple posts at once
* **Stronger content organisation** — keep campaign content, media, and publishing activity in one place
