# Invite and manage team members in Influocial (Pro)

> Add up to 3 team members on the Pro plan to collaborate on creator outreach, campaign approvals, and content review without sharing login credentials.

Team collaboration in Influocial lets multiple people work together on the same campaigns, creator outreach, and content approvals. Instead of forwarding screenshots or sharing notes outside the platform, your team can review proposals, make decisions, and manage creator relationships from one shared workspace.

<Warning>
  Team members are a **Pro plan feature**. The Free plan does not include team access. Upgrade to Pro to invite collaborators to your workspace.
</Warning>

<Note>
  The Pro plan supports up to 3 team members per workspace. This limit applies across all brands in your account.
</Note>

## How to invite a team member

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to your account settings">
    In Influocial, open your account settings. Navigate to the team or members section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a team member by email">
    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They will receive an invitation to join your Influocial workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Team member accepts the invite">
    Your invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once they accept, they will have access to your workspace.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What team members can do

Once a team member joins your workspace, they can collaborate across the full campaign workflow:

* **Creator outreach** — contribute to email and Instagram DM outreach without needing to share login details
* **Campaign decisions** — review creator proposals, shortlist applicants, and take part in approval decisions
* **Content review** — view content drafts, provide feedback, and sign off on final assets

<Tip>
  Team access works well for agency and client setups where one person manages creator discovery and outreach while another handles campaign approvals. It is also useful for splitting responsibilities between a brand marketing team and a paid social team reviewing ad-ready assets.
</Tip>

## Managing your team

To remove a team member or adjust access, return to the team section of your account settings. Keeping your team list accurate ensures the right people have access as your campaigns and team structure evolve.
