# Manage creator outreach with in-app chat

> Use Influocial's in-app chat to reply to campaign applicants, message creators with accounts, and manage active campaign conversations without leaving the platform.

In-app chat helps you manage conversations with creators who have created an Influocial account and can reply directly inside the platform. This is especially useful for creators who have applied to a campaign or are already moving through your campaign workflow.

By keeping these conversations inside Influocial, your messages stay connected to the creator, campaign, and pipeline they belong to. Your team can see the full conversation history without switching between separate messaging tools or losing context.

## Using in-app chat

In-app chat is designed for active creator conversations inside Influocial. Use it when a creator has already joined the platform, applied to one of your campaigns, or is communicating with you as part of an active campaign.

**Use in-app chat to:**

* Reply to creators who applied for a campaign
* Chat with creators who have created an Influocial account
* Ask follow-up questions after an application
* Confirm campaign details, deliverables, or timelines
* Keep applicant conversations connected to the campaign
* Manage faster back-and-forth without leaving the platform

<Note>
  In-app chat is for creators who have an Influocial account and can reply inside the platform. For creators outside the app, use email outreach instead.
